Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for the return or exchange to be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
- Shipping: Package the item securely and ship it back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return meets our policy criteria, we will issue a refund or process an exchange as per your preference.
4. Refunds
After we have processed your return and confirmed that it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as a return. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged for the difference. If the replacement is less expensive, we will issue a store credit or refund the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- Order number and proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, including the return shipping cost, at no additional charge.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day return window may not be accepted. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider returns beyond this timeframe, but this will be at our discretion.
