- Package and Ship Your Item
- Securely pack the item
- Include the RAN and original receipt
- Ship to the address provided by our support team
- Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- Inspection and Processing
- We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
- If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds

- Processing Time: Typically 7–10 business days after receiving your return.

5. Exchanges
